After an eventful first year at AMFI, I found a new passion in the creative industry: fashion journalism. Therefore, from September to November 2020, I took the Fashion Journalism course offered by Fontys University and ELLE. One of the assignments was to interview someone who intrigued you but also had something compelling to share, interesting to ELLE readers. I chose Romy Bresseleers, primarily known for her work with Anna Nooshin but now an independent entrepreneur with various projects, including The Disruptors.

The interview was quite special. We discussed creativity, her projects, successes, failures, and dreams for the future. Being both former or current AMFI students and colleagues at The Upside Down, we shared many common experiences, allowing us to delve deep into the conversation. Romy cautiously shared her dreams for the next five years and connected them to The Disruptors. Immediately after our conversation, she shared some insights on her Instagram, and now the creative platform is live.
